For ongoing support, we charge a fair monthly service fee. This includes your personal online board, central communication with our packing team, feedback on shipments, as well as all internal coordination and preparatory bookings.

This is how the shipping process works: Your orders are reliably prepared and fed daily into the German DHL network – with a German sender address and tracking number. This allows your customers to benefit from short transit times and familiar postal delivery.
Returns from your end customers go to a German return address. From there, depending on the quantity and value of the goods, they can be collected or periodically forwarded back to our fulfillment warehouse. This ensures that processing remains flexible and cost-conscious for you.
You do not enter into any long-term commitments with us. Our fulfillment can be canceled monthly and grows flexibly with your needs. This allows you to adjust, reduce, or exit at any time – without risk.

Instead of building up your own inventory, you access the community's offerings directly – e.g., soap dishes or soaps from other brands. Delivery only takes place once a sale has occurred.
With B2B deliveries, you benefit from our flexibility. We implement special requests such as inserts, repacking, or labeling individually for you. Large orders are billed based on actual time spent – without the item-based surcharges that are common with traditional fulfillment providers.
Especially for orders with many identical items, our model is generally simpler and more cost-efficient. Ideal for resellers, retailers, and also for shipping test samples.
No. You do not need to apply for a tax number or register for VAT in Poland. The reason is simple: You do not operate your own warehouse in Poland and have no control over the storage space. All storage, picking, and order processing are carried out by our Polish logistics partner.
This means that no VAT nexus is created for you in Poland. Your tax situation remains completely unchanged – whether you sell as a German entrepreneur or from another EU country (e.g., France, Spain, Italy).
Important: To ensure that no tax obligations arise in Poland in the future, we do not fulfill orders to recipients within Poland. All shipments go exclusively to customers outside of Poland – within the EU or worldwide.
